Then we are in the mood for Chinese and don't want to leave the house we order here. It's a small place very close to home that delivers within 30 minutes. We have ordered many different dishes all were very good. Some of my favorites are the hot and sour soup, boneless ribs, shrimp or chicken with veggies. Everything is fresh and made to order. Great take out with very reasonable prices.

they are extremely rude, i called to order delivery and (me working in the same industry i can understand the language barrier) i wanted to make a change to my order, now keep in mind i called back right after i hung up not even a minute later and they said my food was already being delivered. i don't know about any one else but if my food was finished that fast i'm not sure how much i trust it!

I have ordered from this place many times and they always get something wrong, the last two times I ordered I got the same pot head delivery guy with an attitude. The first time I got him he harassed my sister and stared at her ass then saw me watching him. Then this time they mess up my $20 order and give me $10 worth of food and I call back a few hours later when I'm hungry again and they say the driver gave me my drink and I can't get my money or more food. The phone operator has a rude attitude and I've heard him nibble rude things before he hung up. I'm so upset I'm writing a bad review! If my family orders from them again and I see that pot head dread head look at my sisters ass in going to kick his sorry pervert ass!

Well what can you say when you're fried rice taste worse than your white rice? Only thing remarkable about this place is that the people in the kitchen are louder than going to symphonic orchestra!!!

This is my go-to Chinese take-out place. There is another place slightly east on Griffin which probably has better tasting food, but the strip mall it's in looks a little sketch, so I stick to Bamboo Kitchen. Bamboo Kitchen is your average Americanized Chinese take-out spot. It's nothing to go out of your way for but if you live in the area it will serve your purposes. The food is fast (I usually pick up instead of getting delivery) and everyone who works here is friendly enough. My only complaint would be regarding the side salad. I wish they had ginger dressing, or at least something slight more Asian than Italian dressing. Perhaps salad is more of a Japanese thing than Chinese? Regardless, the lo mein and Singapore noodles are solid.

I finally found a place that has real chinese food for take out! Being from Toronto- when it comes to chinese food- you can't fake it with the American Chinese food for me. But this place is great Hot and sour soup is on point Kung pow was great The egg roll was okay... But I let It slide because of the portions Definitely the most bang of ur buck Going back for sure!

Unfortunately there were bugs in my lemon chicken. I ordered orange chicken as well, & I probably ate many more bugs that I was unable to see, since it's orange colored. Manger only refunded one dish.

Starving and tired with baby sleeping in car I thought I was out of luck until my husband suggested we try this place. We drove in ordered and our food was ready within 10 minutes. The person who took the order was friendly and well spoken. When we got home we were both pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The egg drop soup was the right consistency and both our meals were delicious; General Tsao chicken and orange chicken.

Terrible! The worst crab ragoons! The worst sweet & sour chicken! So disappointed! Horrible dinner. I want my money back!

Great Chinese food! Always great on the go. Stop in here every once in a while. The people are always friendly. There are really good lunch and dinner specials. Which is something that I like. I can't stand when a place has a reasonably priced lunch menu, but then once dinner comes your paying twice as much because it's later in the day. It takes between 5-10 minutes for them to fill your order from the time you walk through the door. Delivery is a bit longer, takes about 30 minutes.

This is by no means authentic Chinese, not the food I'm used to from my asian grannie. Look., the wontons in the wonton soup are not delicate.. And they have general tsos.. Cant get more north American than that. But for american chinese food, its competent. Id go back again when in the mood for americanized chinese food,

Wow, what to say about this one! Over the past year now, I had been going to this place off and on since they do have some of the best Lo Mein I have ever had. This time I had decided to order their Seafood Soup. BIG mistake! When I ordered the soup, I asked the man behind the counter what was in it. He said crab, scallops, shrimp, tofu and some veggies. Well there was veggies in it, 2 small mushrooms, and 3 little pieces of corn, some scallion slices, one half of a small scallop, 6 small to medium shrimp, a few pieces of artificial crab meat with plenty of tofu and broth; the cost, $7.25. Naturally since I had always liked their Lo Mein, I didn't see the extremely poor quality of the soup until I reached home. I tried not to feel as disappointed as I felt, I even tasted it to try to get myself to feel better about the appearance of the soup. It was awful! Out of all the restaurants I had been in, critiqued, written about and interviewed for our book Savory Delights- the Best Dishes at the Best Restaurants, I had never been so disappointed. So, I though I would go back to the restaurant and speak to the man behind the counter who was so nice, that despite the extremely high price for such a lack of food I still tipped him an extra dollar. Once there, I took the soup out of the bag and told them that I had never seen a seafood soup with no seafood and how disappointed I was. He tried to tell me that there was seafood in there, he counted the shrimp himself. I asked if I could get some more seafood in the soup. He replied NO! If he gave everybody who asked for more, more of what they asked for, then he would not make any money. This indicated to me that I was not the only person who had had this problem. Since he wouldn't give me any seafood for my expensive seafood soup, I asked him for my money back of which he also refused. I said if I don't get my money back then I would no longer be a reoccurring customer. He said that he did not care. If you decide to go there despite this review, then heed the phrase buyer-be-ware! If you end up disappointed because you get little seafood in your seafood soup that you paid $7.25 for, or are not satisfied with anything else that you may order from the menu, that you will not get your money back. If I had known that this person was so unprofessional and dishonest, I would have never spent my money here to begin with. If you wish to see a pic of the seafood soup that I took, I will be posting it on FB, just look me up and you can see for yourself why I was so disappointed!

We loved Bamboo Kitchen. Lived closed by and had delivery usually in 10-15 minutes. Friendly drivers and great tasting food. Always make the food low sodium at our request as well as making a dish that is not on their menu. Downside is they are closed on Sundays and that is when we usually like to order Chinese food. Unfortunately now we have moved to plantation and can no longer order from them :(

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
